24/7 Motorcycle return instructions for Tenerife
Need to return your motorcycle outside of our opening hours? No problem! Follow these simple steps to park the motorcycle, secure it, and return the keys to our office. After we inspect the bike, we'll refund your deposit if everything is in order. If there’s an issue, such as missing fuel or damage, we’ll get in touch.
Step 1
Entry to the private parking

Park the motorcycle
Park the motorcycle between the red and white poles as shown in the
picture. In case this spot is full, use one of the car parking spots.
Make sure that you:
- Put the bike in the first gear.
In case of a DCT bike, use the handbrake. - Lock the handlebar.
- Place the disk lock and activate the alarm.
- Make a few good pictures or a video of the bike, so you can show us how you left the bike in case anything happens after your return.
Important note!!
Do NOT park in front of our shop, on the sidewalk, or in places with a yellow line!
We are not responsable for tickets that you might get for wrong parking.
Step 3
Return the gear (helmets, jackets, gloves etc)
Please put your helmet(s) and other equipment in the topbox on the motorcycle.
When the topbox is full, you can put the rest of your gear in the big box in front of the shop.
Don’t you have a topbox? Then place your gear in the big box in front of the shop.
Place the helmet inside its cover bag and leave all the gear inside the box.
Close the box with the lock (please, make sure that it is correctly closed!) and change the code to a random one
